	ABOUT ME Akito "Aki" Nikaido 14 years old Male 9th grade Born January 23
	APPEARANCE Akito currently stands at 5’4” and has been steadily growing over the past year. He started out as the shortest boy in his elementary class, but is now among the tallest. The males in his family stand no higher than 5’8” though, so Akito’s growth spurt isn’t expected to last much longer. He has an athletic build because his parents have placed him in sports since he was younger. His skin is pale, bordering olive. Akito’s thick, dark hair is styled with longer bangs and spiky in the back. Matching his dark hair, Akito’s eyes are black. He has a striking grace that can either make you fall for him or feel slightly uncomfortable. He has a way of looking at people like he knows all their secrets and innermost thoughts, yet resentment is reflected in his own eyes. Akito possesses sharp figures that make him a favorite among girls. He dresses mostly in well put together casual, sticking with cool colors, preferably blues. He dislikes heavy clothes, and he is the type to wear short sleeves and shorts even in the winter time. He’s the type of boy to spend time taking care of his looks in the morning.
	PERSONALITY Being on the quiet side, Akito keeps most things to himself. He doesn’t care for most people and would rather be alone. He’s blunt and can be brash to the point where he comes off as insensitive. Most of his fellow guy classmates think he’s a jerk, but the girl’s tend to think of him as the “mysterious cutie”. He hates when girl’s gloat over him and will often ignore them. Akito’s most significant trait is his determination. When he sets is eyes on a goal, he will do anything to accomplish it, oftentimes going above and beyond what is necessary. This lends to the dislike by the other guys as they see him as a showoff though he rarely will excel for attention from his peers. Quick to speak, Akito sports an attitude. He has a number of pet peeves and will not hesitate to let someone know when they are annoying him. He has a bad habit of pinching the bridge of his nose or rubbing his temple.

	FIGHTING STYLE Akito can be over confident when it comes to fighting which may lead him to underestimate his opponent. However, Akito hates fighting and will avoid it if he can.
	HISTORY Ever since Akito was younger, he has been living in his older brother’s shadow. Shinkai, his brother, is intelligent and athletic, and seems to have everything going for him. He made it into a prestigious high school not only because his test scores were through the roof, but he is a natural born baseball player. He is the favorite child. Akito’s parents never hesitate to compare him to Shinkai. Whether it’s because Akito didn’t score as high as his brother would have, or he didn’t play as well during that game as his brother would have, Akito is tired of being out-shown by Shinkai. Things should have changed once Shinkai went off to a school far away from home, but his records and reputation still linger behind, taunting Akito. Akito is determined to prove himself to his parents, to show them that they have more than one son. Akito and Shinkai were once best friends when they were toddlers, but as Shinkai began to succeed at nearly everything, his ego grew as well. Just like his parents, Shinkai taunts Akito for him not being able to measure up to Shinkai's level. When Shinkai first started to become cocky, Akito felt betrayed that his brother and best friend would treat him like that. Now the brothers cannot carry out a conversation without Akito's temper flaring (which usually ends with their parents telling Akito to act more like his brother).
	FAMILY NOTES Father – Owns a fishing company, but works in Tokyo, selling the fish on the market Mother – A romance novelist Shinkai – 16 – [Brother] Currently attends a well renowned high school.
	NEIGHBORHOOD Akito's residence is located amongst higher, middle class neighbors. The house is quite large with two family rooms, one of which his mother usually uses as her work space. It's a three bedroom place. Akito and Shinkai shared a room until their mother gave up her office for the boys to have their own room.
	JOB Doesn't work
	TRANSPORTATION Akito takes the shuttle train to school and then walks the rest of the way.
	DATING STATUS Akito is currently single.
	LOVE LIFE Akito has not dated anyone in the RPG.
	SOCIAL STATUS Akito is popular with the females, but despised by a lot of males. He does have two best friends, but he would never admit it that they were his friends.
